Tools for implementing your marketing plan

Last week I attended the annual Duct Tape Marketing Consultant’s Conference. It’s a time where we get to meet with the other people from around the world who help small businesses implement the Duct Tape Marketing System.

One of the things we do at our conference is to visit with our strategic partners – both old and new. I think we have a great group of partners who all help small business owners implement their marketing strategies and targets. Here are a few of the strategic partners I got to visit with last week:

Constant Contact – In Duct Tape Marketing we are big believers in creating and distributing marketing materials that educate. One of the most cost effective ways for small businesses to stay in touch with customers and prospects is through email marketing to a list of people who have expressed an interest in what you do and have opted in to receive your messages. Constant Contact is the leading provider of email marketing services for small businesses, so it only makes sense that we partner with them.

AlphaGraphics – While email and web based media get most of the attention these days, print is still a highly effective media to deliver your marketing message. Duct Tape Marketing partners with AlphaGraphics to help you find high quality printing at an affordable price.

Pixability – Want to add video to your web site? Our partners, Pixability, make it a snap to get professional quality video – fast.

Palo Alto Software – Our long time partners, and my personal favorite, Palo Alto Software, are the makers of Business Plan Pro and Marketing Plan Pro. In addition to providing great products and exquisite customer service, they also have a great library of sample business plans and sample marketing plans to help you get started with your plan.

HubShout – Looking for better results from your web site and pay per click ads? Our partners at HubShout can help you increase your “findability” on the web.

ACT! – How do you keep track of all the things you need to do to stay in touch with clients and prospects? Do you have a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool? If not, you should check out our partners at ACT!, the leaders in small business CRM.

All of our partners have great resources to help you get up and running with their products and services but if you want a jump start or have any questions about how to integrate these tools into your marketing plan, don’t hesitate to contact me or your local Duct Tape Marketing Consultant.
