Hi Jasen. Thanks for the comment. I think you are right on about listening first and creating a conversation. I’ve always liked the “…until they know that you care” quote, and I think the best way to do that is to ask questions and listen. Thanks for the reminder.

Bill, I believe you make a great point for conversations both off and on the web. I’ve fallen short in bothe arenas many times. Mainly it reminds me that people don’t care what you know untill they know that you care. I’m not trying to connect much on Twitter right now, but if I was I’d be doing a lot more reading and responding more to peoples posts – letting them know I do actually care. I’d be listening more, and doing my best to ask creative questions that stimulate productive conversation.
