Its exciting we’re involved with the birth and development of social media, but it all comes down to the return on investment – of time being socially active!
It’s all about communication, information, and connection – as long as we continue to value those things I think social activity from businesses will stick around – especially for those who actually participate socially as opposed to participate purely as a self-serving, promotional entity.
